Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or census development.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and insurance processes.
• Proven ability to build and maintain referral source relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community partners.
• Drive census growth and maintain optimal occupancy levels.
• Manage the admissions process from inquiry to admission and ensure smooth coordination.
• Conduct facility tours for families, referrals, and community partners.
• Track and report marketing metrics, referrals, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure appropriate admissions and payer mix.
• Represent the facility in community outreach and networking events.
• Monitor competitors and market trends in Warren/Trumbull County area.
