Garden Healthcare seeks an Internal / External Admissions Coordinator for an Assisted Living Facility. The role focuses on developing and strengthening relationships with referral sources to refer residents to our facilities.

Marketing efforts target Hospitals, Assisted Living Communities, and Home Care Agencies. Ideal candidates will have strong sales and marketing skills, excellent communication, and prior healthcare marketing experience, including knowledge of RCAP and Medicaid Waiver

Qualifikationen

• Self-driven with business development goals and ability to execute plans.
• Ability to conduct individual/group presentations/luncheons for healthcare professionals and other groups.
• Excellent sales, marketing, communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Minimum of two years' experience in Marketing in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living or healthcare environment.
• Knowledge regarding RCAP, Medicaid Waiver and private insurances.
