Job summary

The Sweetwater Care is seeking an experienced Healthcare Administrator to lead daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and drive high-quality patient care. You will supervise department managers and align clinical services with business goals to improve outcomes and productivity.

Key responsibilities include acting as Compliance Officer, maintaining ethical standards, and managing required reports and surveys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field is required; Master’s degree preferred; Current license as required by state law.
• Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives and the community at large.
• Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care.
• Current knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Dependability.
• Minimum of two years experience in the health care field.
• State certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the Compliance Officer for the facility.
• Ensures Center compliance with all Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
• Ensures that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner.
• Ensures that all Standard of Care and service provided is of the highest quality.
• Oversees completion of forms, reports, etc. including State licensure reports, monthly financial reports, Public Health or Department of Labor surveys, plans of correction, responses to corporate requests, replies to patients' council, and others as needed.
