Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field, Master’s preferred; state licensure required.
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff, physicians, and agencies.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Minimum two years experience in health care; state certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the Compliance Officer for the facility.
• Ensures center compliance with Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
• Maintains highest ethical standards in all practices and policies.
• Oversees quality of care and service delivered to residents.
• Oversees completion of forms and reports including licensure, financials, surveys, plans of correction, and responses to corporate requests.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
