Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking an Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and supervising department managers. The role integrates clinical service delivery with business plans to meet quality, utilization, and financial productivity goals while delivering premier customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing home administration or related field is required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in the health care field.
• Current knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Compliance Officer for the facility.
• Ensure Center compliance with all Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and services.
• Oversee completion of forms, reports, and surveys as required (licensure, financial, public health, etc.).
• Other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned as needed.
