• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and healthcare BI reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Bonus: Master of Health Administration (MHA) and experience with remote healthcare team operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily healthcare administrative operations, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and relevant federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Oversee electronic health record (EHR) system administration, data integrity, and cross-functional tooling workflows
• Coordinate vendor relationships, contract renewals, and procurement for medical and administrative services
• Analyze operational KPIs, billing metrics, and patient access workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to design and document standard operating procedures for patient intake and data security
• Prepare audit reports and surface operational risks to executive leadership
