Responsibilities

• Overseeing contracts, HR/medical files for all agency employees and contract staff in accordance with policy.
• Reviewing, reconciling, and submitting invoices to Home Office in accordance with LHC Group policy and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Performs and/or manages billing audits per policy and follows up with corrections.
• Manages clerical staff and non-clinical workflow in the office, including input into hiring, disciplinary, and separation decisions.
