Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health-related field.
• Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training across all departments to understand operations.
• Support administrators and department leaders with daily tasks.
• Learn to plan and implement programs and procedures for quality care.
• Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance.
• Engage with residents, families, staff, and external partners professionally.
• Contribute to leadership meetings and strategic planning.
• Develop problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
