The role supports the Administrator and department leaders across clinical operations, HR, admissions, compliance, quality improvement, and financial operations, offering exposure to multiple departments and leadership development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of skilled nursing facility operations with the Administrator.
• Assist with administrative operations, reports, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Participate in departmental and leadership meetings and interdisciplinary processes.
• Gain exposure to admissions, census management, staffing, HR, finance, environmental and dietary services.
• Assist with quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Learn federal and Massachusetts requirements applicable to long‑term care facilities.
