PACS is seeking a training-oriented AIT for a Long-Term Facility, operating under the supervision of a licensed Preceptor. The role involves assisting with operations analysis, liaison duties with residents and families, and developing budget and revenue reports.

The incumbent will also participate in advisory committees, support safety programs, and collaborate with HR/Finance to meet goals while upholding the company’s values and standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Healthcare Administration or Business; MBA preferred.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Suite.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in analyzing operations within a nursing facility.
• Acts as a liaison between the nursing facility, residents, families and outside community.
• Compiles and develops reporting on budget projections, revenue and expenses.
• Assists in capital improvements.
• Participates in advisory committees.
• Assists in all safety programs.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business
