Job summary

Elite Home Health, part of the LHC Group within the Optum family, is seeking a Business Manager to coordinate administrative support and non-clinical operations. This role supports the Executive Director and Clinical Director to ensure efficient operations and timely execution of duties.

Primary responsibilities include managing contracts, HR/medical files, invoicing, vendor relations, and payroll processes while overseeing clerical staff and non-clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare experience.
• 3+ years of office administration experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational, written, verbal communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with payroll, supply management, and basic financial knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and maintaining contracts, HR/medical files for all agency employees and contract staff.
• Reviewing, reconciling, and submitting invoices to Home Office and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Performing and/or managing billing audits and following up on corrections.
• Managing clerical staff and non-clinical workflow in the office, including hiring/discisions discussion.
