Job summary

Caretenders Home Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Business Manager to supervise administrative support and non-clinical operations for the agency. You will ensure timely duties and provide effective support to the Executive/Clinical Directors, contributing to a culture of Caring, Connecting, Growing together.

You will oversee contracts, HR/medical files, invoicing, and clerical staff while maintaining vendor relationships and payroll-related processes.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3+ years in healthcare or office administration.
• Solid organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts, HR/medical files for employees and staff.
• Review, reconcile, and submit invoices in accordance with policy.
• Manage clerical staff and non-clinical office workflow; assist in hiring decisions.
