• Currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Management, Nonprofit Management, Data Analytics, or a related field with freshman, sophomore, junior or senior standing as of Fall 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a diverse portfolio of healthcare projects within the rotation across Advocate Health.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrative colleagues and allied health staff to support initiatives.
• Contribute to committee work and project documentation; help develop program materials and presentations.
• Support system-wide strategic planning and development of new programs and services.
• Assist in data collection, analysis and improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operations.
