INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking an Administrative Intern for a 10-week, paid summer program beginning in June 2027. The role sits within the Medical Groups Operations team and offers exposure to senior leadership and a variety of administrative responsibilities.

You will develop essential skills through operational projects, shadowing, and networking opportunities, while performing entry-level professional admin tasks and gradually increasing responsibilities with on-the-job

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate degree related to the functional area preferred.
• Experience with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Prior internship or work experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops internship projects and supports senior leaders with operational tasks.
• Coordinates committees and meetings to assist with program activities.
• Prepares and edits documents, presentations and communications for the team.
• Assists with department goals and reporting as needed.
• Receives guidance and training from assigned leadership.
