Job summary

INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City is seeking an Administrative Intern for a 10-week summer program beginning in June 2027. The internship is assigned to the INTEGRIS Health Foundation team and offers exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional projects.

The program includes operational project work, leadership development, shadowing, and networking opportunities. Intern duties include entry-level administrative tasks with on-the-job training across business, technology, and operations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree related to functional area preferred.
• Proficient with standard office machines and Microsoft Office.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability may be required.
• Prior experience in an office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops skills and subject matter knowledge.
• Coordinates committees and meetings.
• Assist department head or assigned leader with projects and functions.
• Prepares and edits documents, presentations and communications.
• Assist with overall goals of the assigned work area and organization.
• Receives guidance and training from assigned leader.
• Perform other job duties as requested.
• Reports to assigned leadership position.
