The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an Administrator in Training for a full-time role that develops leaders through hands-on learning in a sub-acute and long-term care setting.

You will participate in cross-department training, support daily operations, and learn to implement programs and policies that ensure high-quality resident care while meeting regulatory requirements. The program emphasizes leadership growth, collaboration, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least 60 semester hours of education from an accredited college or university.
• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program, preferably in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a health-related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, staff, and external parties.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs and policies for quality care and sound operations.
• Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and a desire to grow into a healthcare leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training across all departments to understand facility operations.
• Support administrators and department leaders with daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Learn to plan, develop, and implement programs and procedures for quality care.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with residents, families, staff, and external agencies professionally.
• Observe leadership decisions and contribute to meetings and strategic planning.
• Develop problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills through mentorship.
• Support initiatives that promote resident satisfaction and quality improvement.
