Ideal candidates have 3+ years in healthcare and experience with surgery scheduling. You will work with the front desk and billing teams to verify insurance and coordinate pre‑admission processes in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three years of experience in health care and minimum of one-year experience in surgery scheduling procedures preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Schedules surgeries in the surgery template and coordinates with physician offices for scheduling.
• Answers phones professionally and assists physician offices and patients.
• Pre-registers patients and ensures required authorizations are obtained.
• Maintains log for cancelled appointments and orderly scheduling area.
• Performs basic clerical duties and documents all insurance verifications and patient calls.
