Job summary

LMI Government Consulting seeks an experienced Activation Project Manager/IO&T Planner for a client site in El Paso, TX. Lead pre-activation planning, coordinate installation and acceptance, and ensure Day One operational readiness with post-occupancy support.

Role requires healthcare activation expertise, strong PM skills, and the ability to work with VA/DoD planning and procurement systems. U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, 3+ years in healthcare IOT/Activation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience with activation services: planning, coordination, installation, post-occupancy support.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Activation Planning: identify workflows and transition plans by facility function area.
• Implementation and Coordination: support schedule development and occupancy timelines.
• Facility and Equipment Management: oversee FF&E delivery, staging, and installation.
• Site Management: ensure site safety, security, and waste management during installation.
• Post-Occupancy Support: assist with government acceptance and punch lists.
• Employee Orientation: develop Day in the Life plan and orientation kits.
• Project Closeout: manage final turnover and POE activities.
