Job summary

LMI Government Consulting is seeking an experienced Activation Project Manager to provide comprehensive Activation Services for transitioning and implementing move plans. This remote role requires significant travel to specific locations in the U.S., with a focus on managing all aspects of the activation project.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in project management and experience in healthcare environments, ensuring operational readiness and post-occupancy support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare services.
  • Strong project management skills handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide users and stakeholders to identify workflows for the new facility.
  • Support schedule development and acquisition timelines with the project team.
  • Oversee delivery and installation of all equipment and materials.
  • Ensure site safety, security, and waste management during all phases.
  • Facilitate government acceptance of installation services and resolve issues.
  • Develop a Day in the Life Plan for operational readiness.
  • Manage final turnover of the facility and ensure documents are completed.
