Primmed Pain Specialists in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a Healthcare Accountant for a part-time role with growth potential to full-time. You’ll partner with leadership to deliver meaningful financial insights and help shape the organization’s financial foundation.

You’ll manage day-to-day accounting operations, reconcile ledgers, prepare monthly statements, assist with budgets and forecasts, and ensure compliance while identifying process improvements to support a growing healthcare practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Healthcare accounting experience is a plus.
• CPA or CPA track preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with leadership collaboration.
• Strong communication and financial recommendation skills.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks — required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Healthcare accounting experience is a plus.
• CPA or currently on a CPA track is preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to provide financial recommendations.
