The ideal candidate has a CPA track or CPA designation preferred, strong QuickBooks and Excel skills, and a proactive, analytical mindset. This position offers in-office hours with potential advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (required).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• CPA designation or CPA track is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
