Job summary

SmithRx is seeking an Account Manager to ensure post-sale success for PBM clients. You will manage relationships with client leadership, advocate for customers, and coordinate with product and operations to meet business goals.

You will start at implementation kickoff and drive the client success plan, identifying risks and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes. Strong healthcare experience and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct account management or relationship management in healthcare.
• Strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
• Executive-level communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience documenting deliverables and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Complete reporting and data requirements based on client and team needs.
• Be accountable for customer satisfaction and retention of assigned client(s).
• Build trusting relationships with client operational leadership.
• Maintain understanding of business challenges faced by customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive resolution of escalated issues.
• Identify product gaps via business impact assessments and manage expectations.
• Prioritize escalations to mitigate client attrition risk.
