Job summary

Cross Country is seeking an Account Manager to oversee facilities within an assigned territory and manage positions, candidate submissions, and service quality. You will be the liaison between Placement Consultants and facilities, ensuring productive relationships and timely issue resolution.

Daily activities include reviewing applications, selling candidates to facilities, and coordinating with internal teams to align needs and updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business office environment, preferably in staffing, medical or sales.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service-related role.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Computer proficiency with databases, email, Excel, and MS Word.
• Aptitude to work in collaborative efforts, yet be self-initiated to exceed goals and objectives.
• Must be organized, levelheaded, focused and attentive to details.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
• Assertive character, motivated to meet goals.
• Strong analytical ability and planning skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and resolve conflict.
• Company equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse headset) will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Placement Consultants and facilities.
• Understand the needs of the facility and match appropriate candidates to their open positions.
• Review all applications to ensure quality control of candidates.
• Aggressively promote Cross Country to facilitate interviews.
• Proactively call facilities to add and update needs and follow up on submissions.
• Communicate and negotiate with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with Cross Country teams and departments.
• Ensure coverage when associates are out of the office.
