NYU Langone Health in Manhattan has an exciting opportunity for an Access Analyst (FGP) to support data analytics for patient access performance, partner with the FGP Access leadership to monitor dashboards from Epic, Salesforce, and other sources, and provide actionable insights.

You will generate regular and ad hoc reports, help optimize the Patient Access Dashboard, and translate complex data into clear presentations for leadership, while maintaining accuracy and adherence to CARES principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Proficiency and comfort with databases and manipulation of large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Support analytics needs of the FGP leadership team with data and insights to drive access performance improvement.
• Research and evaluate data from Epic, Salesforce, Vizient, and others to identify patterns and prepare dashboards and snapshots.
• Partner with FGP Access leadership to optimize the Patient Access Dashboard and other reports for leadership insight.
• Assist in data management submissions and analyze Vizient reports to improve operations.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports from multiple sources, highlight performance trends, and respond to questions.
