• Provide customer service to employees, patients, visitors, and vendors following site policies and security procedures.

• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate to appropriate contacts or emergency personnel.
• Conduct patrols to identify unauthorized access and report security concerns.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.95 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 04:30 AM - 01:30 PM
• Fri: 04:30 AM - 01:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, patients, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized entry to healthcare areas, pharmacies, offices, and other restricted locations.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery logs; issue temporary access credentials in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized access and report security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
