Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while adhering to security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly and follow site protocols, contacting appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hospital areas, entrances, parking and perimeter to identify hazards and policy concerns.
• Monitor entry points and verify authorized access; provide directions or escorts as needed.
• Document incidents and patrol activities clearly and report to site leadership and management.
