Qualifications

• Licensing may be required by state/local law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, and access-related records; issue and recover credentials per site policy.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents in a calm, proactive manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and unusual activity.
