Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Hospital Care Protection in Cleveland, OH to serve and safeguard clients in healthcare settings. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
Be able to restrain individuals.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Background investigation as required by law.
Valid driver's license only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control practices.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and according to protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
Assist with visitor guidance, wayfinding, and access procedures with a courteous presence.
Document incidents and daily activities and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
