Qualifications

• Past retail leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and shift teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring a positive visit.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees across departments; uphold service, relations and profitability standards.
• Oversee training, address employee issues, and manage disciplinary procedures as needed.
• Evaluate performance and recommend promotions, transfers, or dismissals.
• Forecast store labor schedules within guidelines and assist with staffing decisions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with procedures and policies.
• Direct ordering of merchandise and assist with displays and shelf allocation.
• Collaborate with department heads on schedules, purchasing, and merchandising.
