Job summary

Hy-Vee in Wisconsin seeks a Manager of Health Wellness Home to work with the Store Director and build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service and strong results. You will lead by example, develop people, and ensure store operations run smoothly and in line with Hy-Vee values.

You will supervise employees, coach for growth, manage scheduling and inventory, and uphold safety and integrity in daily operations while driving merchandising excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five or more years of similar or related managerial experience.
• Ability to lead a large team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all store employees to align with goals and standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for the team.
• Handle employee relations issues with HR support as needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee operations: opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coordinate daily workflows to maximize productivity across departments.
• Monitor pricing, merchandising, and promotional displays for accuracy.
