Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years of retail experience including performing the duties of a Service Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and going the extra mile to make every visit a positive one.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees across all departments in your area; ensure standards for customer service, employee relations, and departmental profitability are met.
• Oversee proper training, handle employee issues, and coordinate disciplinary procedures as needed.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend personnel actions including promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
• Directing merchandising, planning displays, and ensuring stock levels meet customer and store demands.
• Forecasting and reviewing store labor schedules within guidelines.
