Job summary

Rimland Services NFP in Des Plaines, IL seeks an on-call QIDP with a background in human services. The role coordinates and monitors services for individuals with developmental disabilities, with hours Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and on-call evenings and weekends every other week, at $27.60/hour.

Responsibilities include advocacy, coordinating medical appointments, maintaining documentation, training staff, monitoring progress, and ensuring DHS compliance; full-time benefits apply after

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services field such as social work, psychology, sociology, special education, or rehabilitation counseling
  • At least 1 year of direct experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
