5W Public Relations is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead the Health & Wellness practice in Florida. You will provide senior-level strategic counsel, shape agency operations and drive client growth while mentoring a high-performing PR team.

This hybrid role requires three days in the Tampa or Miami office, managing senior client relationships and delivering integrated programs across earned media, digital, and events.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of public relations and communications experience, with a track record in an agency setting.
• Deep knowledge of Health & Wellness category and regulated industries.
• Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
• Proven success delivering PR programs meeting targets.
• Ability to lead, mentor and grow a PR team.
• Experience managing budgets and client satisfaction.
• Experience with events/conferences and activations.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with senior-level clients as the trusted advisor across health & wellness portfolios.
• Own a portfolio of Health & Wellness accounts with integrated programs across earned media, digital, social and influencer channels.
• Drive creative strategy, brand narratives, launch plans and crisis communications.
• Provide strategic counsel and maintain quality across the team.
• Lead account management including budgets, plans and client communications.
• Oversee monitoring, reporting and results capture across GEO, earned media and digital tools.
• Grow existing business with new ideas and expanded programs.
• Lead new business initiatives, pitches and thought leadership.
• Coach, mentor and motivate junior PR professionals.
