Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Consultant Business Analyst to join the Health and Welfare Center of Excellence. You will translate client needs into detailed business requirements and support implementation and migration projects for plan sponsors.

You will collaborate with a team of health and welfare professionals, document gaps, validate requirements with technology partners, and help deliver data conversions and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• 3+ years of Health and Welfare benefits service experience.
• Understanding of benefits administration system.
• Prior client implementation or platform migration experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel with VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis support for client advised projects to ensure systems meet business requirements.
• Document gaps and support follow-up actions for client HealthCare Consultant.
• Participate in validation and testing to ensure client/product requirements are met.
• Draft and translate business requirements for technology partners.
• Create training and reference materials for participant services.
