Job summary

Sanofi US Services in Cambridge, MA seeks a Health Value Translation Lead within PDMD to represent the department at Global Project Teams and drive the Integrated Patient Disease Strategy across indications.

You will ensure PDS is integrated across global and local levels, engage with Patient Advocacy Groups, and contribute to regulatory and payer submissions using real‑world data and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Policy, Biology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical development.
• Experience in Real World investigations and patient preference research.
• Understanding of payers’ environment in key markets and evolving external landscape.

Responsibilities

• Represent PDMD at the Global Project Team and ensure integration of patient strategy.
• Develop and implement Patient Disease Strategies (PDS) from research through development.
• Drive pre-clinical programs through registration and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and integrate external engagement with Patient Advocacy Groups across key countries.
• Build internal collaborations to integrate PDS into global and local strategies.
• Partner with PAGs to guide R&D decisions by patient needs.
• Lead value development through digital capacities and real‑world data.
• Contribute to regulatory and payer submission dossiers.
