Responsibilities

• Lead training and development of HUC staff on new programs.

• Perform regular HUC duties to maintain skill competency.
• Maintain proficiency in EMR to troubleshoot barriers and support development.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager to identify and remove workflow barriers.
• Support a positive, productive work environment focused on continuous improvement.
