The University of Virginia is seeking a receptionist and clerical support professional to assist the unit under the direction of the manager or designee. You will help maintain medical records, communicate using established systems, and coordinate with ancillary departments to keep operations running smoothly.

This entry-level position requires a high school diploma. Training will be provided; no prior experience is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job requires sitting for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull less than 20lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.

The pay range for this role is $16.00 - $28.40 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
