Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Health Consultant to lead health system projects, design and implement solutions, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will coordinate with client teams, map current to future processes, and establish KPIs to monitor success.

Travel up to 80% and mentoring a team of analysts are expected. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years in health care consulting are required; Master’s degree and global team experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a consulting role with healthcare payer/provider clients.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and implementation of health systems within scope and budget.
• Act as primary client liaison, facilitating meetings and managing expectations.
• Establish KPIs and monitor system performance and outcomes.
