Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an internal or external client facing consulting role with healthcare payer and/or provider clients.

Responsibilities

• Project Management and System Implementation: lead the planning, design, and implementation of health systems within scope, time, and budget.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Client Management: act as primary contact for client stakeholders, manage expectations, and run requirements workshops.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: establish KPIs and regularly report outcomes to clients and senior management.
• Executive Communications: support executive messaging with data-driven insights and clear communication.
• Team Leadership and Development: lead and mentor analysts, fostering collaboration and high-quality delivery.
• Industry Best Practices and Thought Leadership: stay current on healthcare trends and contribute to offerings and thought leadership.
