Job summary

Responsibilities include diagnosing resource issues, resolving errors, and training staff on applications. A healthcare setting background is preferred, with strong collaboration across IT and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2 years of basic server administration.
• Experience with Windows Desktop (OSS), enterprise networking and firewalls.
• HL7 experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, and solid technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Determine, assess and detail business functions and operating characteristics of departments using data facilities.
• Plan, develop and prepare specifications of applications systems to meet requirements and goals.
• Perform system implementation, testing, evaluation and follow-through; train personnel.
