CU Anschutz Medical Campus seeks an energetic leader to serve as the Specialty Director of the Health Systems Leadership Track. This full-time faculty role includes dedicated time to direct the track and contribute to teaching across programs, with preference for demonstrated leadership and scholarly activity in nursing education.

The position offers academic rank in the Instructional Series (Assistant/Associate/Teaching Professor) based on qualifications, and may include clinical practice

Qualifications

Academic leadership experience and a track record of teaching excellence.
Ability to teach across nursing programs and develop curricular revisions.
Leadership in healthcare education and program development.

Responsibilities

Instruct and facilitate meaningful learning of course outcomes.
Lead curriculum revision of the Health Systems Leadership Track to align with standards.
Provide education through learner-centered instruction across didactic and clinical settings.
Supervise clinical courses and coordinate placements with preceptors.
Participate in program development, assessment, and committee work.
