• Coordinate and monitor all requests for investigations and fact findings across multiple offices (AIB, OAWP, OIG, OGC, GAO, EEO, HPP).
• Act as coordinator for investigations and communications of findings on ethical practices and regulatory obligations.
• Organize, assess, and conduct fact findings with an executive-level workgroup approval.
• Develop databases and dashboards to track investigations, allegations, and training resources.
• Monitor metrics like timeliness, outcomes, and categories to identify system-wide risks.
