Responsibilities

• Serve as a Program Analyst (Health Informatics) at VA medical centers to improve care quality and efficiency.
• Guide evolution of clinical software and provide staff training on new programs.
• Develop software enhancements and collaborate with IT teams to optimize HIT solutions.
• Create and interpret process diagrams, ensure clinical input in VA architecture, and test systems.
• Apply statistics, ML, visualization, and reporting to support decision making and interoperability.
