As a team member, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our hospital network, identifying needs and proposing solutions. We seek a dedicated leader with healthcare sales experience, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to build trust.

This is a full-time position requiring frequent travel within Florida and reports to the Senior Health Systems Director.

Responsibilities

• Enhance diagnosis, disclosure, and care via consultative sales with health systems, promoting effective clinical practices.
• Drive revenue through strategic sales management, managing pipelines, and achieving targets with products, roundtables, and development programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with health systems, focusing on those with high potential for impact.
• Build productive relationships with decision-makers and champions within health systems.
• Assess health system readiness and needs to tailor the Association’s offerings accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare, health administration, or business preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare or consultative sales.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong sales skills with healthcare market understanding.
• Ability to manage accounts, sell, and present effectively.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Data analysis capabilities and program evaluation skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and policy issues.
• Proficiency in CRM, Google, and Microsoft software.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to travel up to 25% within Florida.

Position Details

Location: Remote within Florida (preferably Orlando or Tampa)

Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

Salary: $93,000 - $106,000 (Grade 210), with potential bonuses up to 6%

Reports to: Sr. Health Systems Director
