Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a President for Northeast Hospital Corporation, overseeing Beverly Hospital, Addison Gilbert and BayRidge, to deliver safe, high-quality care and strong financial performance within an integrated system.

The role leads executive leadership, patient care strategy, operations, and partnerships across the system, driving performance improvement, equity, innovation, and community health in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health care administration, business administration or closely related field.
• Ten years of hospital operations experience, preferably within a larger health system model.
• Facilities and construction management oversight preferred.
• Proven leadership in a matrixed organization with performance improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand change management and strategic needs.
• Ability to resolve problems collaboratively in teams with trust and patience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff selection, development and performance to meet goals.
• Foster an inclusive, high performing culture.
• Partner with CFO on financial performance and budgets.
• Develop and monitor performance improvement across operations.
• Drive strategic partnerships and system integration across the BILH system.
