Job summary

Matrix Medical Management is seeking a full-time Health System Relations professional to maintain and develop referral relationships within the territory, with emphasis on face-to-face engagement. The role represents the organization in healthcare settings and focuses on cultivating partnerships and coordinating engagement activities.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently; experience with Salesforce is valued for documenting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) months of experience in communications, marketing, advertising or sales.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with community groups, healthcare professionals, physicians, and clinics.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with existing and prospective partners.
• Coordinate engagement activities with external partners and events.
• Create and deliver initiatives to current and prospective new business accounts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all contacts in Salesforce.
• Provide education and communication to the company for new and existing business relationships.
• Serve as a resource for forms, procedures, and workflow for relationships.
• Troubleshoot issues and complaints with existing and new relationships.
