Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of healthcare system administration principles and programs
• Proven ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analyses in complex modernization programs
• Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder governance and executive-level reporting

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal program manager and senior advisor for planning, coordinating, implementing, and sustaining modernization initiatives
• Lead multiphase modernization efforts involving EHR modernization and related technologies
• Identify gaps, workflow inefficiencies, risks, and resource needs; plan and monitor projects from concept to sustainment
• Provide authoritative consultation to executive leadership and multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Develop executive reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support planning and decision-making
• Coordinate with clinical, administrative, informatics, engineering, contracting, fiscal, and supply chain teams
