University of Missouri-Columbia invites applications for the Senior Director for Advancement, Health System. This seasoned professional will build relationships and lead major gift strategies across MU Health Care and the MU School of Medicine, advancing education, research, and patient care.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement, Health System, you will manage a portfolio of major gifts, cultivate donors, and collaborate with physicians, faculty, and leaders to align fundraising

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 6 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired.

Responsabilités

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of MU Health Care and MU School of Medicine priorities to represent philanthropic opportunities.
• Partner with administrators, physicians, researchers, and staff to identify priorities that support education, research, patient care, and initiatives.
• Manage a dynamic portfolio of approximately 60 major gift prospects and donors.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift support of $50,000 and above.
• Meet fundraising goals through portfolio management and donor engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize philanthropic support across programs and departments.
• Plan and execute donor cultivation activities, visits, tours, events, and engagements.
• Maintain donor records with HIPAA and university policies.
