Job summary

Aon is looking for soon-to-be graduates to join the Early Careers Launch Development Program in Health Solutions, with opportunities across Health and Benefits, Global Benefits and Executive Benefits.

You will gain hands-on learning, mentorship and exposure to data, analytics and client advisory work, building the skills needed to design smarter benefits programs and support employee wellbeing and organizational competitiveness.

Qualifications

• College Seniors graduating between Spring 2026 to Spring 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Build hands-on experience while understanding how employee needs, healthcare costs, data and client strategy come together to create value.
• Use data, analytics and research to address challenges such as rising healthcare costs and changing employee expectations.
• Create reports, presentations and visuals that explain findings in a client-ready way.
• Participate in client and team discussions and build relationships with colleagues, clients and partners.
