Job summary

Aon is seeking a Health Solutions Assistant Vice President for a hybrid role based in the Northeast region. The candidate will lead the Health Solutions client team, oversee all deliverables, and coordinate with Account Executives to implement strategic plans and special projects.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in group health and benefits, strong project management and communication skills, and a solid background in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Ten plus years of experience in group health and benefits.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Health Solutions client team and act as primary day-to-day contact.
• Oversee client deliverables and project management to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Mentor, coach, and guide junior staff while delegating assignments.
• Collaborate with actuarial, audit, legal, and broking teams as needed.
